To request a return authorization please email support@cogginspromo.com. Please include your order number and the items and quantities you wish to return. Items must be unused. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping, unless the return is related to a manufacturer's defect or error.

Please note that some items are produced on-demand, which is noted in the item's description. We do not maintain inventory of these items therefore we cannot accept returns unless your item is defective or damaged.

The STA Store provides everyone an opportunity to purchase STA merchandise for personal use or as gifts. Run by an external vendor, the store offers most items on-demand, with some in stock at the vendor. All orders, fulfillment, and returns are handled directly by the vendor, with no inventory held at STA.
